When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed between 1-2 business days, then put in the mail for shipping. USA shipping takes anywhere form 3-5 business days.

Shipping to Canada takes 5-10 business days. 

International shipping takes anywhere from 10-15 business days. 

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship our greeting cards internationally at this point. We have worked hard to keep the shipping cost as low as possible for the cards and so far it has worked well. We have not been able to find shipping cost low enough to ship mugs internationally at this point. You can always contact us, we do make exceptions from time to time. 

Is my transaction secure?

Yes, your transaction is secure. The credit card or payment information you give is processed and never stored. The personal information you give will never be shared to a third party and is only used for shipping or contacting purposes. 

What is your return and refund policy?

Unused or unopened products can be returned within 10 days of receiving the product. Your refund will be processed the same way you paid. 

What if my order was damaged in the mail?

It doesn’t happen often but sometimes things do get damaged in the mail. Please contact us as soon as you receive your item and realize it is damaged. Sending photos of the damaged item is required as well. We will do everything we can to get you the item you ordered in perfect condition. 

What if my order was lost in the mail?

While this isn’t likely, sometimes it does happen. Little Sloth is not responsible for orders being lost due to inaccurate addresses or shipping information provided by the customer. Please contact us if you believe your order is lost. 

Where are your products made?

All cards and mugs are made by hand in Washington State by our team. Pins are made in Colorado, USA. 

Who designs your products?

Carlee Wengel the founder and owner designs almost all of the products will some help from her husband Clark. 

I run a website and would like to feature your product, is that alright?

Yes for sure! Contact us with the link so we can check it out and be excited to see our product featured. 

I'm a retailer and would like to carry your line!

Can I change the wording or colors in a product?

At this time our products are not customizable. 

Where can I buy your goods in person?

We work with some pretty amazing shops across the US and even worldwide! Please check out our stocklists page to find a shop in your area. Know of a great shop that should carry our products? Suggest it to us.
